Common questions

Do files get uploaded to your servers?

No. All DICOM processing happens in your browser using WebAssembly. Nothing is uploaded. No logs of patient data are created on our end.

How many users can use one Pro Clinic subscription?

Unlimited users within the same clinic. A "clinic" is one practice location. If you have multiple branches, each needs its own subscription.

Do you support veterinary DICOM files?

Yes. Pro includes full support for DICOM Supplement 83 veterinary tags (species, breed, owner), plus specific W/L presets for common veterinary modalities.

Is this a medical device?

No. MedSlice is not a certified medical device and must not be used for primary diagnostic decisions. It is a productivity tool for viewing and sharing images that have already been diagnosed by a licensed professional.

What DICOM formats are supported?

All standard transfer syntaxes: uncompressed, JPEG Baseline, JPEG 2000, JPEG-LS, and RLE Lossless. Both explicit and implicit VR encoding.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel through the billing portal at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
